LOCATION: LAND AT SANDWASH CLOSE, RAINFORD
Proposal: Erection of an industrial/warehouse unit 15,500m2 (use classes B1/B2/B8) with ancillary offices, landscaping, car parking, security gate house and the formation of a new access road from Pasture Lane to Sandwash Close, including the diversion of Rainford Brook.

The above is to inform you that the Rainford Parish Council has received the above application. The Case Officer is Alan Kilroe from St Helens Council Planning Department. St Helens Council will take into account any comments you wish to make before determining the application.
