NOTIFICATION OF APPLICATION: p/2012/0043: Major EIA Development

LOCATION: LAND AT SANDWASH CLOSE, RAINFORD

Proposal:     Erection of an industrial/warehouse unit 15,500m2 (use classes B1/B2/B8) with          ancillary offices, landscaping, car parking, security gate house and the formation of a new access road from Pasture Lane to Sandwash Close, including the diversion of Rainford Brook.

Applicant:   CANMOOR DEVELOPMENT LTD

The above is to inform you that the Rainford Parish Council has received the above application. The Case Officer is Alan Kilroe from St Helens Council Planning Department. St Helens Council will take into account any comments you wish to make before determining the application.

All representations should be made in writing by the 17/02/2012 and directed to the Case Officer quoting the reference number P/2012/0043
